Hi, I’m Keegan a Strength & Conditioning Coach, former professional rugby athlete, and founder of DadBodStrong Fitness.
My background includes competing at the professional level in Rugby Union and Rugby League, and I currently serve as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Vancouver Rowers Rugby Club. Working with competitive athletes keeps my programming sharp, structured, and focused on long-term development not quick fixes.
I hold my Personal Training certification through the American Council on Exercise and have continued my professional development through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, earning:
