Terms & Conditions

By participating in our training sessions, using this website, or engaging with DadBodStrong Fitness, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We believe in keeping things straightforward and honest here are the ground rules.

1. Your Health & Safety (Assumption of Risk)

Building real world strength requires physical effort, which inherently involves risks, including muscle soreness, injury, or falls. By training with us, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. However, we are fully committed to your safety and will always do everything in our power to provide a secure environment, well maintained equipment, and coaching focused on correct mechanics.

Medical Disclaimer: Our coaching and programming are designed for fitness and wellness, but they are not a substitute for professional medical advice. You are highly encouraged to consult a physician before starting any exercise program.

Your Responsibility: You must inform Coach Keegan of any medical conditions, past injuries, or limitations. We reserve the right to modify or refuse services if participation poses a safety risk.

2. Training in the Elements (Outdoor Sessions)

Outdoor training is a core part of building grit, but it means dealing with uneven terrain, weather shifts, and public environments. We may reschedule sessions if conditions become unsafe, but you assume responsibility for exercising caution during all outdoor activities.

3. Payments & Cancellations

We respect your time; please respect ours.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a personal training session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your session fee.

Payments: Payment is required prior to or at the time of your session. Prices are subject to change, and unused package sessions may be subject to expiration.

4. The Work & The Results

We provide smart programming, accountability, and expert mechanics but you have to put in the work. Individual results vary based on your effort, consistency, nutrition, and lifestyle outside of our sessions. DadBodStrong Fitness does not guarantee specific physical outcomes; you earn them.

5. Liability & Property

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during training sessions or events. Bring only what you need.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, DadBodStrong Fitness and its coaches shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in our programs or use of our website.

6. Website Use & Updates

All content, logos, and training materials on this site belong to DadBodStrong Fitness and may not be copied without permission. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
