I’M A BEGINNER, IS THIS FOR ME?
Absolutely. Everyone is welcome. We scale every session to your current fitness level, goals, and injury history. No ego, no intimidation just smart programming to help you get started and progress safely.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY SESSION?
Bring a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and athletic shoes. If we are training outdoors, dress for the weather! We provide all the necessary training equipment (kettlebells, battle ropes, dumbbells, etc.)
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS DURING OUTDOOR TRAINING?
Yes, we provide virtual training sessions through cutting-edge technology. These virtual sessions offer the flexibility of training from any location, ensuring you can stay on track with your fitness goals, even from the comfort of your own home.
HOW DO CANCELLATIONS WORK?
Life happens! We just ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a personal or tandem session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting the session fee.
WHERE DO WE MEET?
We offer both indoor and outdoor training options around Vancouver. Once you book your session or join a group circuit, you’ll receive the exact location details and instructions on where to meet Coach Keegan.
